LRE provides design services for public and private infrastructure systems. Our staff's experience includes surface improvements as well as deep and shallow utilities. We have designed streets, water and wastewater systems, storm drainage systems, pipelines, pump stations, wells, canals, and treatment facilities. LRE's approach to design is based on our belief that projects are most successful when there is collaboration between the owner and the engineer. We strive to reduce or eliminate change orders by encouraging the contractor to become involved in the process.
