LRE is a long-standing member of the Colorado water community. We celebrated our 40th anniversary in 2010. LRE provides consulting services in the areas of river basin and water supply planning, water rights evaluation, well design and evaluation, civil design and construction, and environmental planning and regulatory compliance to clients in Colorado and the Western United States. We help our clients solve their water rights, ground water, permitting, and water resource planning problems at a high level of technical excellence.

Our firm currently has a staff of 44 technical staff members providing consulting and design services. We are organized into five service areas:

• Water Rights
• Ground Water
• Water Quality and Environmental Science
• Infrastructure, and
• Water Resources Integration.

Because of the range of services we provide to our clients, our staff is experienced working on projects that combine each of our service areas.

Our moderate size and ability to retain key personnel allow us to provide our clients with professional engineering services on a one-on-one basis. The advantage to our clients is that the personnel chosen for their expertise on a project begin the project, are involved in the planning and design, and see the project to completion. This offers our clients the continuity and stability of planning and engineering services not found in many firms. We recognize that successful projects require effective client-consultant communication.

Many of our clients have been with us for more than 10 or 20 years, clearly demonstrating the level of service and trust our clients have placed in us. Additionally, it shows our commitment to the mission of our clients and our ability to develop and maintain long-standing relationships.
